‘Cruel’ African Father Used FGM to ‘Punish’ Daughter, UK Court Told

A “cruel” father originally from West Africa, arranged to have Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) inflicted on his daughter, nine, as a form of “punishment”, the Old Bailey has heard.
